Spectrometer for Relative Emission Measurement - specbos 1001 / UV

specbos 1001 / specbos 1001UV (download datasheet ( 159kB)) are fiber coupled spectrometer for lab as well as OEM applications.

Both instruments are equipped with a fiber optic input. They are characterized by high dynamics, low stray light, low noise and small dimensions.

Emission spectra of a flat panel display

The included software JETI VersaSpec is suited for spectra acquisition and transmission/ reflection calculations.

Single and continuous measurement modes as well as averaging are possible. Data can be exported to Excel spread sheets and to ASCII files. A demo version of the software can be downloaded (1.9 MB).

Input fibers of different lenghts and with collimating/ focusing optics are available.
