specbos 1211-BT-2

Wide range spectroradiometer

Please note that all models of specbos 1211-2 are no longer available since January 2025. The new models of specbos 2501 cover all specbos 1211-2 applications.

specbos 1211-BT-2 is identical to specbos 1211-LAN-2. It has the same electronic and optical components. Instead of the LAN module, it is equipped with Bluetooth.

specbos 1211-BT-2 can detect up to four accessories automatically, the software switches to the related measuring mode and uses the appropriate calibration data. More accessories have to be selected manually in the software.

Add-on optics for different measuring geometries
JETI offers a variety of add-on optics to achive certain different measuring geometries. There are different imaging optics: optics for specified distance ratios, optics for specified measuring angles (for any measuring distance) and customized optics.

Standard diffusor
specbos 1211-BT-2 measures in spectral Radiance mode. It is possible to convert it into a spectral Irradiance meter by attaching a diffusor.

90° diffusor
The standard diffusor of the device acts in line to the device. If the Illuminance at a low height above a surface needs to be measured, then the 90° diffusor can be applied. It is also available with attenuation filters to extend the Illuminance measuring range.

In axis remote diffusor
If the measurement needs to be done in locations with limited space conditions then the remote diffusor can be used. It is a diffusor which is coupled to the spectraval device by an optical fiber bundle. The measurement is done in axis to the fiber bundle. Different fiber lengths are available.

90° remote diffusor
If the measurement needs to be done under limited space conditions and the in axis fiber coupled diffusor is not suited, then the 90° fiber coupled diffusor can be applied. Different fiber lengths are available.

Diffusors with attenuation filter
specbos 1211-BT-2 with its standard diffusor can measure up to about 1.500.000 lx (typical white LED spectrum). If it is necessary to measure higher Illuminances, then a special diffusor with additional attenuation filter can be used.

Dome
The dome is equipped with a glass dom and it is IP67 tested. It can be mounted on roofs or outside walls and allows a detection of the optical sky radiation.

Fast diffusors
If low Illuminance levels must be measured, then the measuring time will be long when using the standard diffusor of the device. It is possible to use “fast” diffusors, but only if the cosine matching of the diffusor is not of primary importance, e.g. in case of point like sources.

Dolby/realD filter cap pairs
The calibration of 3D projectors needs to be done through the right and left eye glasses. specbos 1211-BT-2 can be equipped with caps containing the filters of Dolby and realD projection. The usage of these filter pairs allows a precise measurement of these 3D projection system.

Neutral density filter
specbos 1211-BT-2 can measure up to 100 000 cd/m². An additional neutral density filter allows to shift the measuring range towards higher Luminance levels.

Integrating spheres
To extend the functionality of JETI specbos 1211-BT-2 to radiation flux measurements, JETI offers three different models of integrating spheres.

Battery charger

Bluetooth USB adapter

BT antenna

Carrying case/ bag

Protective cap

Power supply

Replacement battery

Straylight protection tube
The straylight protection tube prevents the influence of surrounding light on Radiance measurements. It is mainly used for display measurements.

Tripod

Stray light correction matrix
In order to reduce stray light in array spectroradiometers while taking advantage of their portability, JETI offers a stray light correction matrix.
