The 90° remote diffusor of specbos and spectraval spectroradiometer measure the spectral Irradiance and Illuminance. This diffusor is the combination of a 90° diffusor and a fiber extended diffusor. Therefore, it is an accessory which allows the measurements perpendicular to the spectroscopy instrument at difficult accessible locations or where the space is limited. The standard length of the fiberoptic cable is 1 m.

This accessory is available for JETI specbos 2501, specbos 1211-2, spectraval 1501 and spectraval 1511.
